The Reading Room Bookstore

                                                                                                                                                                         In the Spring of 2003, motivated by a life long love of reading and a growing desire to own her own business, Kathe Drover left her career as Transition House Co-ordinator and plunged head first into the world of entrepreneurship. She opened the Reading Room Bookstore at the corner of Sooke Road and Otter Point Road, to buy, sell and trade new and used books. The sotre quickly increased their customer base form a handfully to literally, literary hundreds. In 2006, to accomodate their ever growing selection, Kathe moved to their larger space in Evergreen Centre.
